BANNER HOUSE - EVESHAM
This project started as an old office building that had stood vacant for many years. When our client approached us there was an existing design in place for the proposed set of flats, which did not quite do the quirky triangular floor plan justice. We redesigned the plans in order to optimise the space available and give a new lease of life to this forgotten building whilst also emphasising its fantastic original character. The unique shape of the rooms has become its best feature, enhanced with beautiful exposed brickwork and high ceilings. This extraordinary set of homes was loved by the client and buyers alike for its originality within the heart of Evesham.
